These popular slippers are exceptionally comfortable and particularly long-wearing because they’re reinforced in the sole with sock yarn.
The pattern includes various floral designs for duplicate stitch embroidery, as well as a blank graph (sized for the slippers) so you can chart out your own designs.
They are knit with either a DK or worsted weight yarn on size 6 needles (20 st to 4 inches). A machine washable yarn is recommended, although I’ve used Brown Sheep Nature Spun successfully for numerous pairs.
You can order the pattern for Kim’s Slippers on Ravelry.com.
